Abstract
This study assesses the usefulness of trust and participation in decision making in predicting satisfaction among a college faculty. Organizational trust, a political assessment of hierarchical decision makers, best predicts overall satisfaction. The congruence between desired and perceived participation best predicts satisfaction with participation in decision making. Keywords
