Abstract
A case of spinal echinococcosis with dorsal spinal cord compression is presented and the findings on plain radiography, polytomography, myelography, CT, and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging are discussed. Although CT and MR are complementary studies for the diagnosis of spinal echinococcosis, MR is the study of choice for prolonged follow-up of complicated cases. Keywords
