Abstract
The MW of the DNA from 4 nuclear polyhedrosis viruses isolated from S. littoralis, S. exempta, S. exigua and S. frugiperda were determined to be 84, 80, 68 and 74 .times. 106, respectively, by EM. The molecules existed as double-stranded relaxed circular or supercoiled DNA, though linear forms of DNA were also observed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
