Abstract
We propose and analyze a simple model for the surface of an imperfect crystal in equilibrium with its vapor, below the roughening transition. We show that this system exhibits typical glassy behavior and opens the exciting possibility of experimentally testing recent theoretical ideas originating in spin-glasses.Keywords
