Low-energy meson-nucleon scattering analysis in theP-matrix formalism

Abstract
We analyze the low-energy -wave scattering of pseudoscalar mesons by nucleons in the -matrix formalism recently proposed by Jaffe and Low. We find from the data clear evidence for the predicted bag-model states in all the exotic and nonexotic channels we analyze.
