Abstract
The basic pathophysiology and roentgen appearances of bone and soft tissue changes in chronic glomerular renal disease are described. These form a complex picture composed of: osteomalacia; osteitis fibrosa; osteoporosis; osteosclerosis; and soft tissue calcifications. The manifestations of each condition are discussed and illustrated. Keywords
