Abstract
A retrorectal epidermoid cyst in a 22-year-old woman is described. Usually such cysts appear as rectal masses or as causes of recurrent perianal abscess and sinus. The pathogenesis, diagnosis and management of retrorectal epidermoid cysts are discussed.Keywords
