Abstract
In this work the value methods of deposit caused by reversible movement of domain and interphase boundaries (boundaries between the tetragonal and rhombohedral phases) into piezomoduli is proposed. Ceramics on the basis of (Ba, Ca)TiO3 (TBK) and Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 (ZTS) were estimated. In some materials piezoeffect is caused by boundaries' movement by more than 70%.Keywords
