Abstract
A polyacrylonitrile (PAN)‐based polymer electrolyte containing lithium perchlorate, propylene carbonate, and cascade nitrile was prepared, and its conductivity was measured at various temperatures. The conductivity of the polymer electrolyte, , was at . The addition of to the PAN‐based electrolyte decreased its and increased its conductivity. The dissolution of was induced by its interaction with , thereby increasing the number of carriers in the polymer electrolyte and its conductivity. ©1998 The Electrochemical SocietyKeywords
