Abstract
Temperature sensitive mutants (257) which are able to grow on mimimal medium at 25.degree. C (not at 35.degree. C) were isolated by the filtration-enrichment method. The study indicates that one of the osmotic remedial temperature-sensitive mutants, TS 21, may be altered in cell wall composition, and the other, TS 15, in cell membrane. This method may prove useful in determining functions of these organelles. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
