Field-induced conduction electron spin polarization is investigated in the Anderson model on the basis of the Yamada-Yosida theory. In the case of elecron hole symmetry the spin polarization at a distance r from an impurity is expressed by (χH/gµB)cos 2kFr/4πr3 for r > r0 = 4πEFχeven/kF(gµB)2, where χeven denotes the even part of the susceptibility χ with respect to electron correlation U. On the same lines, the interaction energy between two impurities is calculated.
