Abstract
In testing a single dominant gene hypothesis it is often not possible to directly measure the inherited trait. A situation there is only one or more fallible indicators of the trait under study is typical. The statistical method proposed requires measurements on several such indicators for each of the parents of probands known to possess the trait. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
