Abstract
Bericht über die Röntgenmethode zur Behandlung der Darminvaginationen bei Kindern, ihre Röntgendiagnostik und ihre Resultate. Die Diagnose der Invaginationen und die Feststellung der geglückten als auch der mißlungenen Reposition wird an Hand einer Serie von Röntgenbildern erläutert. Mittels der Literatur und eigener Erfahrungen werden die Gefahren der Methode beleuchtet. Schließlich werden die Behandlungsergebnisse der verschiedenen Methoden kurz besprochen. The author describes the radiological method for the treatment of intussusception of the colon in children, its radiological diagnosis and the results of treatment. The diagnosis of intussusception, the recognition of satisfactory and of unsatisfactory reduction is illustrated by a serie of radiographs. The dangers of the method are evaluated in the light of the author's own experience and from the literature. Finally the results of treatment by various other methods are briefly discussed. Le diagnostic des invaginations et la vérification du succès ou de l'échec d'une réduction sont démontrés par une série de radiographies. Les dangers de la méthode sont illustrés par des exemples tirés de la littérature et des observations personnelles de l'auteur. Bref exposé du résultat des traitements par les différentes méthodes. Se describen a base de una serie de radiografías el diagnóstico de invaginación y la confirmación de reposiciones realizadas con y sin éxito. Son enfocados los peligros del método por medio de bibliografía y experiencias propias. Al final se comentan brevemente los resultados de los distintos métodos de tratamiento.
