Abstract
Summary: Adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), or non-cardiogenic pulmonary oedema, has only rarely been associated with pulmonary embolism. In this case study the association is further documented and the occurrence of pulmonary oedema confined to unobstructed portions of the pulmonary capillary bed is illustrated.This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
