Abstract
Experimental results of specific heat, zero-field magnetization, electrical resistivity, and thermal-expansion measurements reveal the mean-field character of the ferromagnetic phase transition of Ho . The data can be described very accurately with the use of mean-field theory and the assumption that the effective spin .
