Possibility of Multipolar Ordering in the Exchange-Interaction Model of Ferromagnetism

Abstract
It is shown that for the spin- exchange-interaction model of ferromagnetism the -"independent" multipolar (-polar) phase transitions are in fact exactly degenerate with the usual dipolar transition.
