Abstract
Two forms of cyclic[c]AMP-dependent protein kinase were purified from the rabbit myocardium. The concentrations of cAMP-necessary for maximum stimulation of concentration to a greater extent. The apparent Km for ATP for the both forms in the presence of cAMP is 8.3 .cntdot. 10-6 M. For enzyme form I the Km for histone H1 was 0.43 mg/ml and for form II.sbd.0.67 mg/ml.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
