Abstract
Simple expressions are obtained for the current and charge densities in layered superconductors with d pairing. The conductivities describing the response to solenoidal and potential electric fields are determined by the momentum relaxation time and the imbalance time of the populations of the branches of the quasiparticle spectrum and exhibit a different frequency dependence. The collective modes associated with the oscillations of the potential electric field are investigated. Keywords
