Abstract
CF3D was prepared in high purity and its infrared spectrum investigated. The fundamental frequencies are ν 1 (a 1 )=2257 cm −1 , ν 2 (a 1 )=1111 cm −1 , ν 3 (a 1 )=693 cm −1 , ν 4 (e)=1210 cm −1 , ν 5 (e)= 977 cm −1 , ν 6 (e)=502 cm −1 . Thermodynamic functions have been calculated with the usual assumptions.Keywords
