Abstract
Heliocephala zimbabweensis sp. nov. collected in Zimbabwe on a rotten leaf, is described as the second species in the genus Heliocephala. The present collection is the first record of the genus in Africa. Heliocephala zimbabweensis differs from the type species, H. proliferans, in possessing completely smooth conidia ending in a straight rostrum, and with a darker median cellKeywords
