Abstract
The background, development, and preliminary appraisal of rating scales for assessing characteristics of the hyperkinetic syndrome are presented. The main purpose of this report is to make the instrument available to other investigators who are conducting studies on the diagnosis and treatment of hyperkinesis.Keywords
