Abstract
The time before the pellicles begin to settle to the bottom of the flasks and also the weight of dry organisms are greater in cultures of tubercle bacilli grown in Henley''s synthetic medium to which Zn and Cu were added and supplemented with Ca than in cultures grown without Ca. The quantity of tuberculoprotein in the culture filtrate is lower in cultures to which Ca had been added than in cultures without added Ca.Keywords
