Abstract
Four cases of different forms of psychosexual dysfunctions that either refused traditional methods of sex therapy or carried a poor prognosis revealed danger-related cognitions. Restructuring the cognitions in a way that eliminated the danger and repeating the relevant self statements resulted in dramatic improvement.Keywords
