Abstract
This paper presents the results of a collaborative study in which five RCMP Laboratories across the country were asked to analyze a number of automotive undercoat paints by infrared spectroscopy and identify the components in each using a hierarchical code system. Some of the spectra and the results of the coding are presented and discussed. Keywords
