Abstract
Electron capture and stripping cross sections of 3He ions in N2, Ne and Ar gas targets have been measured at 68, 99 and 130 MeV using a new method. While capture cross sections show discrepancies with available theories, the stripping cross sections can be explained fairly well by calculations of Gillespie (1978, 1980).Keywords
