Abstract
The histological picture of 12 adenolymphoma has been studied. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. The adenolymphoma may be considered as a real benign tumour arising from metaplastic epithelium of salivary glands. The lymphoid structure of this tumour may be compared with that observed in many inflammatory and tumour processes of the most different sites. 2. Besides the classical well-known histological picture, the adenolymphoma present a cystic degenerative, lobular, fibrocystic, papilliferous and squamous metaplastic aspect. Keywords
