Abstract
Three cases of severe Reiter's disease were treated successfully with methotrexate after failure of conservative therapy, including systemic corticosteroids in 2 instances. The usefulness and potential hazards of such therapy are discussed, and some evidence that corticosteroids may aggravate the dermatological manifestations of Reiter's disease is presented. Keywords
