Abstract
We report a case of metastatic seminoma that caused thrombosis and obstruction of the inferior vena cava. The pathogenesis of this rare clinical entity is discussed. The diagnostic studies for detection of vena caval thrombosis and clinical management strategies are reviewed.Keywords
