Asymptotic Expansion Method for Franck–Condon Factors of Morse Oscillators

Abstract
It is shown that the Franck–Condon factors for Morse oscillators can be obtained by an asymptotic expansion of the necessary integrals. The method gives accurate results for a wide range of vibrational quantum numbers.Keywords
