Abstract
The literature on diabetic retinopathy in the dog is reviewed. A case report, including the ophthalmoscopic appearance of typical diabetic retinopathy, in an 8 1/2-year old standard poodle known to be diabetic for over 7 years, is given. The relationship between the duration of diabetes and the retinopathy is discussed. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
