Abstract
For nonlinear control systems with control constraints, necessary and sufficient conditions are developed for a feedback control law to transfer the state to a specified target from every initial state at which this is possible. Sufficient conditions are developed, using the Brouwer fixed point theorem, for systems having trajectories that are unique and positively invariant sets that satisfy certain topological conditions. Keywords
