Abstract
Patients (10) with myotonic dystrophy were allocated at random to treatment with disopyramide and procainamide in a crossover trial. Disopyramide was at least as effective as procainamide in the relief of myotonia, and 2 patients who could not tolerate procainamide both tolerated disopyramide. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
