Abstract
Mature rats on a pantothenic acid-deficient diet showed hepatic changes characterized by progressive increase in lipid globules in the central, periportal and mid-zonal areas. Morphological studies employing oil red O technic clearly established the relationship of hepatocellular damage to the deprivation of pantothenic acid. Keywords
