Abstract
A combination of forced sedimentation and air-drying was used to prepare [human] CSF cells for scanning electron microscopy. On the basis of surface morphology, the similarity of CSF cells to blood cells was emphasized. Various types of cells were demonstrated in bacterial meningitis, multiple sclerosis and CNS leukemia.
