Abstract
Es wird ein Weg der Sicherung des Gallenabflusses bei biliodigestiven Anastomosen durch T-Rohr beschrieben. Er hat den Vorteil, eine durch Stenosenrezidiv bedingte Gallenstauung mit all ihren gefährlichen Konsequenzen zu vermeiden. A method is described of preventing restenosis after the construction of an anastomosis between hepatic or common bile duct and the small intestine. A T-tube is employed, the external arm of which is, analogous to Witzel's operation, brought out through the abdominal wall, where it remains permanently fixed, its external opening being occluded with a glass stopper after one week. This method has been used in 3 cases (in one of which re-stenosing had twice previously occurred) and has assured satisfactory biliary drainage for 7, 4 and 1 year, respectively. La prevención de recidivas de estenosis después de la substitución plástica del conducto hepático y del colédoco Se describe un procedimiento para asegurar la salida de la bilis, en anastomosis biliodigestivas, por medio de un tubo en T, que ofrece la ventaja de evitar la éxtasis biliar debida a estenosis recidivantes y todas sus consecuencias peligrosas.
