Abstract
PbTiO3 thin films and fine powders are successfully prepared by Sol-Gel process. Uniform and crack-free thin films with thickness of 0.1–1 um are formed using multilayer spinning technique and calcining at 450°C to 700°C. Fine powders with diameter about 10–20 nm are obtained through hydrolysis and calcining of the (Pb, Ti) complex alkoxide. Keywords
