Abstract
A method is described for the microdetermlnation of lower aliphatic amines in biological material. The amine is steam-distilled at alkaline pH and allowed to react with 1-chloro-2 4-dinitrobenzene. The yellow product is estimated spectrophotometrically. Ammonia does not interfere with the determination. Keywords
