Abstract
The reaction has been measured with a 17 MeV triton beam. Excitation energies and angular distributions of states below 2.2 MeV have been obtained. Three sizable transitions were observed to states below 1 MeV, in contrast to earlier and () reaction measurements where essentially all of the strength was in the ground-state transition.
