Abstract
Synthetische Quarzeinkristalle mit Rauchverfärbungsstreifen senkrecht zur Wachstumsrichtung zeigen Maxima der reflektierten Röntgenstrahlung (Reflex (0003)) an Stellen, an denen sich die Absorption im optischen Bereich stark ändert. Nachweisbare Komponenten des Verschiebungsvektors liegen parallel zur Wachstumsrichtung. In Bereichen mit starker Verfärbung ist das Gitter gedehnt.Keywords
