Abstract
The presentation of two texts about writing and speech, the first one full of imagery and sonority by the shaman matsiguenga Daniel of the rio Picha, the second one, more analytic, by the anthropologist, invites us to meditate about two manners of thinking and writing which question the orientation of ethnological investigation, i.e. the thought of one about the other, and reciprocally. As an illustration of such a questioning, the reproduction of the graphism on the matsiguenga bones, with a translation, materializes this irréductible difference exposed by Daniel, which the article defines in a particularly strong way. Keywords
