Abstract
Es wird eine neue Mikro–Technik für eine direkte Gaschromatographie der Bestandteile von ätherischen Ölen im Pflanzenmaterial beschrieben. Mit Hilfe dieser Technik wurden die Schwankungen in der Zusammensetzung des Monoterpenkohlenwasserstoffgemisches des ätherischen Blattöls von Rosmarinus officinalis L. abhängig vom Entwicklungsgrad des Blattes untersucht. A new micro–technique for direct gaschromatographic analysis of essential oils of fresh plant samples (5–10 mg) is described. By means of the technique described the changes in the composition of the monoterpene hydrocarbon mixture of the essential oil of Rosmarinus officinalis L. dependant on the development of the leaves have been studied.
