Abstract
A case of adult-onset urticaria pigmentosa is presented, in which the eruption cleared following the application of potent topical corticosteroids. Remission could be maintained by intermittent topical treatment. Topical steroids would appear to provide a simple, cheap and effective alternative to standard therapies. Keywords
