Abstract
Mumps virus admd. intraperit. to mice appears within 1 hr. in the lungs, liver, spleen, and to a lesser extent in the brain. When admd. intranasally, it is localized in the liver and lungs. No virus was found in the testes, pancreas, heart muscle and blood. Only traces of virus are found after 24 hrs., and none after 2, 3, and 4 days and 2 and 3 weeks after injn. No gross or microscopic lesions were found in these mice.Keywords
