Abstract
Grapes inoculated with poliovirus 1 and coxsackievirus B5 were washed with water, 0.5% polyethylene glycol, or phosphate-buffered saline with 1% serum. These washes were equally efficient at removing virus but much of the virus in the water wash was noninfectious until treated with 0.5% polyethylene glycol. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
