General Formulas for Least Squares Reduction of Zeeman Data

Abstract
A least squares analysis is applied to the reduction of complete and incomplete Zeeman patterns. The resulting general formulas provide a simple systematic computation of the “best values” of the Landé g factors and a measure of their precision.Keywords
