Abstract
A generalized Landau-Ginzburg-Devonshire theory for systems with two order parameters is introduced. A detailed treatment for a particular model with biquadratic coupling between two order parameters is given for the anisotropic case. The behaviour of the thermodynamic potential, order parameters, conditions of equilibrium are discussed for all the phases and behaviour of main physical characteristics. Keywords
