Abstract
Measurements have been made on three types of silicon Junction counters to assess their application in gamma ray dosimetry. These measurements are presented and it is concluded that each of the three types (high resistivity and guard-ring p-n junction counters and lithium drift counters) are suitable. Their limitations and means of application are also discussed. Keywords
