Abstract
The absorption spectrum of Al I has been studied for 1160 AA3P0 limits of Al II. The autoionization parameters of the 3p2P0-3p2 2S doublet have been measured. Good agreement is obtained with the experiment of Kohl and Parkinson (1973) and the recent calculation of Le Dourneuf et al. (1975). The relative photoionisation cross section has been measured in the region 1200 AA<or= Lambda <or=2000 AA.Keywords
