Abstract
Dextran passed into rabbit corneas stored in M-K [McCarey-Kaufman] medium prior to corneal transplantation. An equilibrium between dextran in the cornea and in the M-K medium was reached at about 24 h. Postkeratoplasty dextran efflux was rapid with about 70-75% being lost within 1-3 h and 99% being lost in 12 h.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
