Abstract
We report one case of nodular sclerosing Hodgkin's disease with uncommon pseudosuppurative presentations in fineneedle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) samples and on histopathologic material. The criteria for cytologic diagnosis include atypical mononuclear cells and diagnostic SR cells in the purulent exudate. This lesion is considered a possible pitfall in FNAB cytology of Hodgkin's disease. Keywords
